His research interests are focused mainly on the emerging areas of nanophotonics and metamaterials. He specializes in developing theory, modeling, and simulation of smart tunable optical devices. He is also exploring the exciting field of hybrid electronic-photonic integrated circuits for 6G THz communication devices.
