His research interests are focused mainly on the emerging areas of nanophotonics, metamaterials, and terahertz electronics. He specializes in developing theory, modeling, and simulation of smart tunable optical devices. He is also exploring the exciting field of hybrid electronic-photonic integrated circuits for 6G THz communication devices.
Key Specializations: Smart Windows, Radiative Cooling, Broadband Solar Absorbers, Graphene-based Meta Devices, Optical Modulators and Switches, Hybrid Electronics Photonics Integrated Circuits.
